About This Group
This is an IFS-based consultation group. The first 30 min are dedicated to developing and deepening connection with Self-energy and speaking for parts. Each group meeting begins with a guided practice to access presence, connect to self-energy, and connect inwardly with parts that are up related to professional practice dynamics. The next hour will allow space to practice IFS skills together, participate in and observe demos, and get get case consultation. Bethany is an IFS approved consultant and this group will count toward IFS certification.
