About This Group
Consultation Group for Therapists & Pre-Licensed Therapists. This group convenes weekly on Zoom, providing therapists with a secure and confidential environment to process challenging cases, address professional obstacles, collaborate with peers, and explore innovative approaches to understanding their clients. We will cover various elements of psychoanalytic theory, including but not limited to transference, countertransference, defenses, enactment, reverie, interpretation, and clarification. The group is led by Dr. Cheryl Farole-Roman, Psychoanalyst. Sessions are held on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, Fridays from Noon to 1:30 PM, and Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. It is open to licensed psychotherapists from any location.
