About This Group
Latoya is the first woman, person of color, and individual in Hampton Roads, Virginia, trained in Brainspotting. She is also the first and only person in Virginia who has received personal training from the developer of Brainspotting, Dr. David Grand. Latoya provides individual and group consultations for licensed-eligible and licensed therapists, which include case analysis, Brainspotting technique reviews, and discussion/question reviews. Sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, and she offers individual/group clinical supervision on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis.
